Tasar was created by Tim Laws
Tasar, believed to be a Performance Sailcraft boat (1976-1980) number 279 (rather than the sail number being cut into the thwart, boats of this era had a sticker, which has long since disappeared).

Boat has been almost completely re-roped since 2016
Mast foot replaced 2017
New tacktick bracket 2017
Tacktick - old and battered but works
New Ronstan flip/flop for cunningham 2017
New cover from Creation in 2016
New lower mast 2017 (old section available for spares)
New ratchet and traveller blocks 2016
Launching trolley replaced 2017 (old one in the photos)
Board case completely repacked in 2017 with Tasar UK kit
2 x sets of sails - serviceable mylars for club racing and an old set of dacrons.
Jib pole
Original style boom
Foils and cockpit floor could do with some TLC
Hull was sprayed prior to my ownership - very neat and smooth

Potentially a good hull to put better sails and foils on for the Worlds at Hayling this summer.

Selling due to lack of time between work and childcare (and owning a singlehander too...).

The Tasar has gained quite a following at HISC, in anticipation of the Worlds. Might be worth seeing if they have club forum you could post on.
