Damage to buoy 31 and a vessel at Starcross

The Harbourmaster has issued a notice to mariners concerning damage to buoy 31 which is out of position.
Repairs will take place asap.
Also SFCC report severe damage to a moored vessel  on its aft quarter, possibly on Friday night.
If anyone has any information regarding either incident please report it to the Harbourmasters Office.

I spoke to the Harbourmaster earlier whilst on safety boat duty today. We happened to be at the club late last night having a BBQ and I was surprised by the number of speedboats hammering around out there in the dark. Some didn't even appear to have navigation lights on.  Here's a picture of what was buoy 31...
