Entries are now open for the Exe Regatta dinghy and catamaran racing on 13/14 July. There is a 60-boat entry limit to keep congestion at the club manageable, so please be sure to enter in good time. Entry is free and via the SYC events page at https://www.starcrossyc.org.uk/syc-events.
This year, the dinghy racing in the Exe Regatta is having a complete refresh, with the aims of improving the quality of racing, and making it more accessible to sailors from all the clubs on the river.
To improve the quality of racing, we will be running two separate courses: a windward/leeward course for fast asymmetrics and multihulls, and a trapezoid course for fast and slow handicap. Both courses will start and finish from committee boat lines.
Do please help us make this event bigger and better, and let your friends from other clubs in the South West know too - the event is free and open to all.
