Renewals

In January, unless you have opted out as explained above, you will receive an e-mail from the club inviting you to renew your membership. This will contain a link that will direct you through the process of logging into WebCollect, checking (and optionally changing) your membership details, and a checkout process to make your payment.

If you have used WebCollect before, please login with your existing WebCollect Username (this will be the e-mail address the Club holds for you) and password. For those that have not used WebCollect before, the Club has set up an account for you and your Username and a default password are shown in your email. You can use the default password to sign into your account, but it is highly recommended that you reset your password before you log in for the first time. To do this click the Reset My Password button and follow the instructions.

Once logged in, you should be presented with a screen showing the subscriptions that you currently hold with the Club, for example a Family Membership and a Berth. If you wish to continue with your existing subscriptions, then all you need to do is to click Renew All and you will be taken through the checkout process.Alternatively, you can also add or change subscriptions from this screen. Select any subscriptions you still wish to renew then click buy a different subscription. Once you have selected everything you require and completed the appropriate forms, continue to the checkout.

During checkout, you will be asked to verify your personal details and you will then be presented with your Membership Form which should be checked and updated as required. For Family Memberships this will need to be completed for each Family Member. Please note that the form now also requires you to state how frequently each Member used the club in the last membership year before renewal. This is needed to enable the Club to show it is complying with HMRC rules for tax purposes. At the end of the checkout process, you will be asked to select your payment method. The Clubs preferred method is Bank Transfer (bank details are shown at checkout), please use this wherever possible, alternatively you can send a cheque to the Membership Secretary.

(Please note, it is worth checking that your Spam Filters / Internet Security are set up to allow e-mails to be received from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.). If you did not receive the renewal email please contact the Membership Secretary or sign into Webcollect selecting manage and review my subscriptions and continue the renewal process as above.

Opting out of Web Collect

The club recognises however that not everyone likes to transact using the Internet. Please contact the Membership Secretary ASAP if you would prefer to "opt out" of using WebCollect, and continue to renew your membership through the post. For members that have opted out, they will continue to receive their renewal forms by post. These will look slightly different from before, but the process will be the same. All they need to do is to check and return the forms to the membership secretary and make a payment in the same way they did before.

If you have any queries about the renewal process or joining the club, please give the Membership Secretary a ring or send a message using the contact form.
