Recently, the 14 year old boiler was fitted with new control thermostats and these have to be adjusted to cope with the demand for hot water to ensure temperature recovery. On Friday they were readjusted and the water temperature measured at the mixer valve, the shower heads and from unregulated taps. All were within acceptable range and the boiler fired correctly to maintain shower temperature during the 20 minute test period. I will be doing Galley Duty on Sunday and would appreciate any feedback while you order your bacon rolls.
