- basically anything you are unsure about at SYC!
So why use this app?
- you don't have to know who to report the problem to. A small team of SYC experts will try to figure out who is best help with the issue
- if you are logged on to the SYC website when you report a fault, you'll get emails about all updates to your "problem report" as it progresses so you can see that it isn't being ignored
- if you are logged on, you can upload photos with your "problem report" so people can see what the issue looks like
- if you are logged on, you can see all current open and closed faults at SYC so you can avoid reporting a fault someone else has already reported
You don't have to be logged on to the SYC website to report a fault but, as listed above, fault reporting works better if you are!
