Who is this for?
Sailors with skills equivalent to RYA Start Racing and some experience of club racing
Course outline
This course builds on the knowledge and skills developed in RYA Start Racing and experience gained from participating in a few club races. You will develop greater awareness of the key principles of starting, boat handling, boat speed, strategy and tactics and other topics. By the end of the course you will be a more effective competitor in club races and, with some more experience in club races, ready to try your hand at Open Meetings and other events.
