Galley menu for New Year’s Day was created by Ian Purvis
The New Year will start much better when you
have had a bowl of goulash for lunch!
Either Sausage and Potato 
or
Parsnip, Leek and Potato.
Both with plenty of spices and served with a 
baguette portion.
Chocolate cake to follow.
