Broken down car on club driveway was created by Peter SOLLY
Many apologies - my car has stopped and is completely immobilised on the drive near the toilets. Very frustrating snd embarrassing. I will organise recovery as soon as possible

UPDATE - car now moved
(tip to self - its expensive if electronic gearbox fails, stuck in Park, the wrong side of a narrow bridge!)

I wonder if the club can invest in a tracked vehicle like that to recover the safety boats. Fabulous! I have been in a similar predicament at the club with a dead car. Was a bit of a problem guiding the rescuers into the club, particularly in the dark. Well done Peter.

Bit late now but there’s usually a failsafe under the shifter trim to get it into neutral..

Yes - sadly that failsafe button didn’t work
