Looks like the camera is down.

Seems to be back again.

The network link across the estuary was down for about 20 minutes - I don't know why. During that time the router at SYC "failed over" to use SYC's secondary "mobile phone" based broadband so that outbound traffic from SYC (such as the weather station feed to the website) continued to (mostly) work.

I know that there was building work due to be happening across the river but don't know if that was the problem or if it has completed yet.

The dish got moved to a drunken angle in one of last weekend's storms. Amazingly , there was still some signal . (There was also a temporary power outage that took everything down for a while . ). My thanks to Mark Elkington who re-alligned the dish. The link is now even faster than before the storms!
