Bar Support Needed Please

Dear Members, as you know the club and some dedicated members are organising a family fun regatta for all members and sections of the club . In order to ensure the evenings live refreshments can be offered and served in an effective fashion, we are still looking for and indeed, very much hoping members will be willing to come forward and support those members who have already kindly come forward in helping in bar, covering five shifts of sixty minutes duration . Payment for all refreshments will be via the clubs static card payment terminal and so there will be no headaches resulting from calculating change but perhaps only from a drop of the old amber nectar ( ha ha ) . 

The organising body for the regatta and regatta party will be hugely grateful of your and indeed of anyone’s support regards the above !

I will be away sailing for most of June (weather permitting!) but hope to be back before the Regatta. However as I cannot be sure I have not as yet volunteered. When I know for sure I will be back I will get in touch and look to fill an hour's slot.

Dear Members, currently we only require seven more volunteers to complete the rota and so can I please invite other members to kindly consider supporting the regatta party in being part of the existing team, in helping to make the evening and party a really enjoyable and memorable evening .
