Alan Wood circulated info on this and having read relevant sections 4.3 it is all typically vague when tallking of "Ensuring that recreational activities do not impinge on bird life and SSSI criteria for biodiversity". Suspect the devil is in the detail and hope that our RYA representative is on the ball to any actions by the RNIB and others that will restrict our use of the estuary. Once these august bodies make rules and pronouncements it is virtually impossible to reverse them, so need to be present and alert at the discussion stage to prevent unfair restrictive rules being introduced - or am I just paranoid and distrustful?
