RS800 permanent crew wanted to sail at SYC

Hi i've recently purchased a RS800 and am looking for permanent crew.

Ideally i'd like to find someone who is available most weekend races, knows how to sail (or willing to learn) and is up for a new challenge/laugh.

My son Rhodri (16) would be keen to have a go. He has been sailing a Topaz Magno for a couple of years mostly as helm and in his better moments has coped single handed, spinnaker up and out on the wire. He was hoping to race through the winter, but has been laid up with a leg injury, which now seems to be on the mend. He weighs in at about 67 kg.
