CASC Survey - family members

I have completed the survey as requested. However it is not clear to me how you want us to complete the survey for family members and get a unique traceable record for them - or do you just want us to use he same URL each time for each family member. Don't you need to demonstrate somehow that each response is from a different person.

Each family member just uses the same survey, it has been set up so more than one person can use the same machine to undertake the survey - it is anonymous, so we are not recording the URL we don't need to prove that each response is from a different person, however, we hope members will be honest.
